Filing your claim is easy. Have these three things ready to make your claims submission faster:
Follow these five easy steps to file a claim and get paid fast:
How much money will I receive? The amount depends on how many policies you have and the exam or checkup you got. If you have multiple policies, the amount may be higher. If you have multiple policies, you only need to file a claim for one policy and the Aflac team will ensure you are paid all benefits you are due.
How will I get my money? The fastest way to get paid is to enroll in direct deposit. Once you’ve registered and logged in at aflac.com/login, go to My Account in the top right corner of your screen. Select Manage Account and choose the Billing and Direct Deposit option. From there you can enter your banking information.
How long will it take to get my money? Processing time is based on business days after all required documentation needed to render a decision is received and no further validation and/or research is required. Enroll in direct deposit to get paid faster.
How long am I eligible for this wellness benefit? Your wellness benefit is paid once per year when you file a claim (Accident/Hospital Indemnity is once per year per policy and Cancer is once per year per covered person). If you have had your Aflac policy active for several years and you forgot to file your wellness claim, you can file wellness claims for previous years.<?
I’ve never logged in to my Aflac account. How do I do that?
