Communicorp Named Best of the Best for Eighth Time

COLUMBUS, GA – (December 16) – Communicorp, a subsidiary of Aflac Incorporated, has been awarded the Best Workplace in the Americas designation, Best of the Best 2010, for its exemplary human resources practices. The award is sponsored by the Printing Industries of America and is designed to recognize graphic arts companies for their outstanding human relations efforts contributing to a successful workplace. Winners are selected by a committee of distinguished HR experts from within the industry.

Communicorp, and all of the winning companies needed to actively show their employees that they prioritize the work environment, understand their personal goals and ambitions, as well as the needs of the company. Applicants were judged on eight criteria: Management Practices, Work Environment; Training and Development Opportunities, Financial Security, Workplace Health and Safety, Work-Life Balance, Recognition and Rewards, and Health and Wellness Programs.
