Fair Purchasing

Aflac purchases are made strictly on the basis of quality, suitability, service, price and efficiency. Aflac treats its suppliers fairly and equitably, meaning we award orders and contracts solely on the basis of merit and without favoritism. All contracts and agreements entered into by Aflac and its subsidiaries must comply with any applicable laws and regulations. This includes, where applicable, the business associate provisions of the privacy regulations put into effect by U.S. HIPAA. If you are aware of any unethical behavior, please report it in any of these ways:

  • Call the Aflac Code of Conduct Department at 800.981.6497.
  • Send a fax to 706.596.3577.

Suppliers may add their information to Ariba Discovery to have their products or services viewable by Aflac and other Ariba customers.
