  • Missed Call. Messages sent in the event that a call with a licensed agent is missed.
  • Call Confirmation. Messages include a confirmation of the date and time of a scheduled call with a licensed agent.

What if I don’t want to receive texts anymore? To stop a specific Aflac texting program, you need to reply STOP to a text. You must reply STOP to each texting program that you no longer want to be part of. After you reply STOP to Us, We may send you a message confirming that you no longer want to receive text messages.

How many times will you text me? You may receive up to three messages from us per contact request.

Your wireless provider. Text messaging may not be available from all wireless providers. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. We cannot guarantee the successful delivery of all text messages. Messages sent by text may not be delivered if your mobile device is not in range of a transmission site, or if the network is down. A message may be delayed or not delivered because of where you are, how close you are to a building, weather or your equipment. We and your wireless provider will not be liable for losses or damages because a message was not delivered, or the message was delivered late, or delivered to a wrong number, or if the text is incomplete. We are not liable for your use or reliance on the content of any text message.

What happens if my phone number changes? Please update us right away if your mobile phone number changes. It is your responsibility to give a correct mobile phone number and to update any changes as soon as possible.

Protect your privacy. Text messaging is governed by our Privacy Policy. We recommend you use a password or passcode to open your mobile device.

Choice of law. These terms will be governed by U.S law, specifically Georgia law without reference to its choice of law principles, and when applicable Federal law. All claims will be subject to jurisdiction in Muscogee County, Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Before going to court for any harm you believe you have suffered related to Our text message programs, you agree to inform Us in writing of the alleged harm and give Us 30 days to cure the harm before initiating any action. Unless you are a New Jersey resident, you must initiate the cause of action within one year after the claim has occurred.
