Role responsibilities

  • Train and develop team members
  • Maintain and help grow existing client relationships
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting
  • Deliver on-site presentations to employers, showcasing the value of Aflac’s solutions
  • Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs
  • Provide ongoing enrollment, claims and service support to help ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Host and participate in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously grow skills

What makes you a great fit

  • Health and/or life insurance license required
  • Proven experience in sales or insurance industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Strong mentor and collaborative partner who develops talent and works cross-functionally to achieve results
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without need of visa sponsorship
