What you'll do

  • Support in-person sales presentations to local business owners.
  • Learn to perform needs analyses to uncover what employers value most.
  • Recognize different buyer behaviors and confidently overcome common sales objections.
  • Provide customer service, enrollment and claims support to new and existing policyholders.

What makes you a great fit

  • Full-time student in a related field of study
  • Eligible to earn college credit — students may apply to receive academic credit
  • Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license; study resources provided.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without need of current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
