If you are a new Aflac account with less than 1,000 employees and you provided your e-mail address on the Payroll Account Acknowledgement form you completed with your agent, you will receive an e-mail from
myaccount@aflac-onlineservices.com containing a temporary password that you will need to use to complete your one time registration.
