How?1. Aflac safely stores your alternate payment method (draft or credit card).
2. Aflac Always becomes effective when Aflac learns that your employer has stopped making premium payments on your behalf.
3. Aflac notifies you via letter that Aflac Always is going into effect, when automatic payments start, and the amount and frequency of future payments. You will also be provided a toll-free number to make changes, ask questions, or opt out.
