Insurance fraud is a problem for everyone. Fraudulent claims can drive up the cost of insurance and slow the claims process.

At Aflac, our employees play an active role in identifying insurance fraud, but we also need your help. If you suspect insurance fraud, please contact Aflac’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU). The SIU is specifically trained to investigate suspicious situations that may indicate fraud.

Be sure to provide the SIU with as much detail as possible. Include your name, address, and telephone number, though you can remain anonymous, if necessary.
