Blake Bradley, SIFE Analyst

As a 2006 graduate of Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, I was a member of the HSU SIFE team from 2003–2006 and served as president and on the presentation team from 2004–2006. As a SIFE member, I developed, led, and participated in many projects that helped me expand my communication, planning, and time management abilities. The practical, technical, and people skills I learned in SIFE helped me find a job after college and will help me throughout my career.
I haven’t been with the company very long, but I can tell that this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that will pay huge dividends in the future. I’m in a program that takes me through many different areas of the company. It’s always challenging. I chose Aflac over multiple other offers because of the promotional opportunities down the road and because of the company’s reputation for how they treat their employees. I find myself looking forward to coming to work, and I’m always greeted with a smile from someone. By choosing Aflac, I haven’t just found a job to get my foot in the door, I’ve found a career at the right place!
