Aflac Civic Awards for Hispanic Small Business

The Aflac Civic Awards for Hispanic Small Business, presented throughout 2007 at ceremonies hosted by The Latino Coalition, recognizes exemplary Hispanic small business owners for their civic, community, and charitable contributions. 
 
The awards identify and reward outstanding Hispanic men and women across the country, and are designed to provide support and promotion for causes served by the winning entrepreneurs. For the purposes of this competition, a small business is defined as one with 500 or fewer employees, and a Hispanic small business is one with majority Hispanic ownership.
