- Income replacement of up to 50 percent of salary.
- Partial benefits paid for certain pre-existing conditions, including pregnancy.
- Portable coverage that allows employees to continue coverage when they leave employment, with certain stipulations.
- Waiver of premium payments after 90 days of total disability.
Group Dental Insurance
View RatesRegular trips to the dentist are essential for good oral health. A dental insurance plan may help considerably with the costs, often paying 100 percent of the expense of preventive benefits. But a great smile often requires more dental care.
With no network, Group Dental Insurance can help employees with cash paid directly to them, unless assigned elsewhere. It's cash to use however they see fit, whether it be for groceries, bills, gas, or anything else they need.
Covered procedures:
- X rays
- Sealants
- Emergency oral evaluation
Group Supplemental Hospital Indemnity Insurance
View RatesOften there are unplanned out-of-pocket expenses associated with hospitalization, not to mention the regular bills that keep arriving for things like mortgages or rent, car payments and utility bills. A hospital indemnity insurance plan provides cash directly to employees, unless assigned elsewhere, to use as they see fit if they or covered family members are hospitalized.
Pre-determined benefits payments are payable for the following events and others:
- Hospital Confinement
- Hospital Admission
- Hospital Intensive Care
- Surgery and Anesthesia
- Hospital Emergency Room Treatment / Physician Benefits (medical fees)
Premiums are automatically and conveniently paid through payroll deduction.
