Since its inception, the Group Accident Insurance has not seen an increase in rates. Aflac Group plans are portable and are available at the same rates, even if you retire or leave the company as long as the group master policy is in place.
Group Critical Illness Insurance
View RatesIt's a way for employees to stay ahead of the medical and out-of-pocket expenses that can accompany specified medical events. After a waiting period, a lump sum benefit is payable upon initial diagnosis for covered illnesses, including:
- Cancer (internal or invasive)
- Heart attack
- Stroke
- Major organ transplant
- Renal failure (end-stage)
A 25% benefit is payable for Carcinoma-in-situ and Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery. Payment of the partial benefit will reduce the Internal Cancer or Heart Attack benefits by 25%.
Group Supplemental Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Aflac Group Supplemental Hospital Indemnity Insurance plan provides cash directly to employees, unless assigned elsewhere, to use as they see fit if they or covered family members are hospitalized.

- Surgery and Anesthesia
