When you registered for Business Services, you should have received an email from email@example.com with a link to activate your profile. If you have not clicked on the link, you will not be able to log in. If you still have the email, click on the link now. Enter your full e-mail address as your User Name.
If you have not activated your account and you do not have the e-mail with the activation link and temporary password, please contact the Customer Service Center at 1.800.99.AFLAC.
You can use the Lost Password feature if you have already activated your account and set up your own password.
