New Accounts

Yes. Business Services allows you to view your invoice, make changes electronically, and submit a paper check for payment. To submit a paper check, please print the payment stub and mail it with your payment. If you make electronic changes to the invoice, the changes are not complete until the paper check is received.
Contact Aflac's Customer Service Center at 1.800.99.AFLAC (1.800.992.3522) to review your account information. Please let us know if your account information needs to be corrected.
To be sure that you are able to remit the full amount due, please begin deductions on the date provided by your agent. After your enrollment period ends, your agent will provide the individual deduction amounts to be deducted from each employee's paycheck based on the frequency of the deductions. In addition, you will receive the date to start payroll deductions and the date of your first statement. When you receive your statement, if your payroll deductions will not cover the full amount due, please contact Aflac's Customer Server Center at 1.800.99.AFLAC (1.800.992.3522).
Often, the next month's statement has been prepared before we receive the requested change. Your adjustments will appear on your statement after we receive the requested change with payment. Please mark any adjustments on the statement you are currently paying.
For paper users, you will receive a paper invoice in the mail.

For Business Services Users, the invoice is available online. Business Services accounts receive an e-mail notification when the invoice is ready for review and payment. Please login to Business Services to view the invoice. If a paper copy is required, please select the invoice to be printed from the My Invoice section of the home page. Click View Printable Invoice in the top right section of the online invoice. After the printable invoice appears, click the printer icon at the top of the page.

After you activate your account, login by visiting http://www.aflac.com/BusinessServices. Your username is your full e-mail address.
