  1. Employees sign up for the plan and estimate the amount of anticipated out-of-pocket medical expenses for the year.
  2. Then, they have the corresponding amount equally deducted from each paycheck
  3. As employees incur medical or dependant care services, they submit paper-work (or use their Aflac Now Card, if eligible) and get reimbursed with their own tax-free dollars!

Increase Savings with Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow your company to provide additional pre-tax benefit options and further reduces your payroll tax liability.

Two types of FSAs are available:
Unreimbursed Medical (URM)
Boost your benefits package by allowing your employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical expenses not covered by other insurance.

Dependent Day Care (DDC)
