Kazuhiro Yamazaki earned bachelors and master’s degrees from Waseda University and joined Aflac in 1982. After serving as general manager of the Financial Management and Internal Audit Departments, he was promoted to vice president in 2006. He was promoted to his current position in January 2012. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
